Deposits & Booking
A RM30 deposit is required to secure your booking
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of canellations or no-shows
• Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to carry your deposit forward. Any reschedule requests after this period will require a new deposit
Punctuality & Grace Period
• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• A 10-minute grace period will be given for late arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled depending on schedule availability. In such cases, your deposit will be fortified
• Habitual latecomers may be required to pay a full upfront deposit for future bookings
Location & Parking
• The Address will be provided via E-Mail or Instagram DM
• If driving, kindly park along the grass side (on your right) to avoid blocking neighbours
Guest Policy
• Please do not bring any +1 (firends, family, partners) unless you have confirmed with me beforehand
• No men are allowed on the premises at all times
